Randy Lewis first became familiar and involved with short sales and foreclosures in the early 90's. He was involved in negotiating and selling pre-foreclosures and short sales for himself and other investors. Later he was involved in the wholesale aspect of trustee sale property.  In December 2006, he assembled and trained his team of highly specialized pre-foreclosure loss mitigation experts, who process and close Short Sales.

In late 2005 Randy predicted we would see a declining real estate market and an increase in foreclosures and short sales . Randy advised his clients and investors to sell any real estate they did not want to hold for the upcoming years.  In December 2006 our staff began processing an increasing volume of Short Sales, proving the prediction to be true.
