A Short Sale is a win-win situation for all parties involved; the homeowner does not have to suffer a foreclosure on their credit; the lender does not have to take on another repo (bad debt) on their books; the buyers get to enjoy home ownership at a fair price; the real estate agent is able to help the situation in a positive way.
We can help provide the relief needed during this difficult time. We counsel your client during the entire process. We are the liaison between the homeowner and the lender. You or your client will not have to be in direct contact with the lender. If the lender calls you or the homeowner, you simply have to redirect them to us.
